In 2000, The 《Structure of Internal-Combustion Engine》 was identified as the key construction course of Harbin engineering university. Then a course construction and reform group was established to actively carry out the teaching reform and research of internal combustion engine structure. In 2000-2004, we presided and completed a number of the educational reform subject to change the teaching ideas. Reform teaching content and teaching methods were studied, such as not only developed the structure of the internal combustion engine tutorial (stand-alone version) and the internal combustion engine structure material database, but also developed the structure of the internal combustion engine tutorial (online), forming a complete teaching system. The series of teaching media of 《Structure of Internal Combustion Engine》 have been applied to the undergraduate teaching of nearly 800 students in the tenth class of internal combustion engine major in our university, which has been well received by the teachers and students. In the academic exchange activities, the series of teaching media of 《Structure of Internal Combustion Engine》 were achieved good results in the 2003 Education Software Exhibition, the fourth National Multimedia Competition and the second Heilongjiang provincial Multimedia Courseware Competition. 1.Internal combustion engine English teaching website won the first prize of the third multimedia teaching software competition in heilongjiang province in 2007
